Dear all fellow Ming Kei alumnus,
The Incorporate Management Committee of our Mother School (IMC) was formed on 1st September, 2011.
We are very proud to be appointed by IMC to hold the election of the Alumni Manager for the IMC.
The election details would be listed as below:
Date: October 30, 2011
Time: 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Venue: Hall of CCC Ming Kei College
All alumnus are eligible to be nominated and elected. The details of the election are attached for your reference.
Nomination Period: October 10, 2011 to October 24, 2011

本會謹定於2011年10月30日下午2時 30 分，假九龍大角咀橡樹街16號中華基督教會銘基書院禮堂，舉行2011/12年度周年會員大會，共同商議下列事宜：
I. 一般議案：
1. 接納主席之2010/11年會務及工作報告；
2. 接納本會2010/11年度之財務報告
〔由2009年11月1日，截至2010年10月30日止〕。
II. 特別議案：
1. 接納修改本會章程, 以配合選舉校友校董出席於法團校董會*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2010/11 Annual General Meeting of the members of the Ming Kei College Alumni Association will be held at CCC Ming Kei College, 16 Oak Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon on Sunday, 30th October, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. to transact the following business:
I. ORDINARY BUSINESS:
1. To receive the 2010/11 Annual Report of the President.
2. To receive the Financial Statement for the year ended 30th October, 2011.
II. SPECIAL BUSINESS:
1. To approve the amendment to the Constitution to cope with the election of Alumni Manager for the Incorporated Management Company of CCC Ming Kei College*
2. Any Other Business.

本會謹定於２０１０年１１月１３日下午３時，假大角咀橡樹街１６號中華基督教會銘基書院禮堂，舉行２００９至２０１０年度周年大會，共同商議以下事宜：

上述年度之委員會選舉將於２０１０年１１月１３日之會員大會中進行。根據會章，本會會員可於是次選舉中選出不多於８位校友擔任校友會委員，任期為２年，即由２０１０年１１月１６至２０１２年１１月１５日止。所有候選人必須為銘基書院校友會會員及必須由２名會員提名，方符合參選資格。提名人亦必須為銘基書院校友會會員
如有提名，請以正楷填寫正式提名表格，填妥及簽署後，務請必須於２０１０年１０月３０日或以前交回或寄回銘基書院校友會秘書收（地址：九龍大角咀橡樹街１６號）。

八月二十一日天氣酷熱，但無阻一大班來自各屆校友參與相聚日，連同太極表演嘉賓和銘基排球及籃球校隊，出席人數近百；校友組成之排球隊及籃球隊，對賽現任校隊，只見各師弟師妹朝氣勃發，英姿颯颯，校友隊師兄師姐頓成元老級人馬，比賽甫開始，觀眾的歡呼聲，喝采聲即此起彼落，氣氛熱烈： “好球! 加油！”
